Registration procedure

And inform them that you have decided to return the item. The managers will advise you on the legality of the return, the return procedure, and the completion of the documents required for the return.

The return period for goods of proper quality is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Requirements for Returns

Please note that the product will only be accepted for return if it is in its complete set, with all packaging and labels, and without signs of use, provided that its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory tags are preserved, as well as if it does not fit you in size, style, shape, or color.

Please note that according to paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Russian Federal Law No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated February 7, 1992, the consumer cannot refuse a product of proper quality that has individually identifiable properties if the product can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchased it.

Such products include:
  • products that were out of stock at the time of order and specially made for the customer;
  • products that have been tailored to fit;
  • as well as items from the limited capsule collection of RAFAIA.

Refunds for orders delivered by courier or to pickup points are processed to the Buyer’s bank card within 10 days from the moment the Seller receives the returned item and the return request.
Refunds for purchases made in the branded store are processed using the same method as the payment for the goods, within 10 days from the moment the Seller receives the item and the return request.
When purchasing a product at the brand store, returns are processed directly at the store.

Exchange conditions

Exchanges are possible only for the same item but in a different size or color; otherwise, only returns are allowed with the placement of a new order.
